Sundays at 9 a.m.

St. David's has one principal Sunday worship service at 9:00 a.m.

Our Sunday worship is always a celebration of the Resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead.  Although that happened in history on a particular day, on what we remember as Easter Sunday, we celebrate it each Sunday as a reminder that Jesus lives still today!

Our worship time together lasts about an hour, although we don't set a time limit.  We sing songs - some may be familiar, some may be new.  We pray prayers - some may be formal, some informal.  We share Holy Eucharist - this is our sharing in the meal of fellowship that Jesus himself instituted.  Holy Eucharist is our principal form of worship, and all baptized Christians are welcome to receive the Bread and Wine as the Body and Blood of the Lord (see the drop down menu for a more detailed explanation).

As an aid to worship, we use the Book of Common Prayer or worship booklets which have been prepared specially for St. David's.  If the form of worship is new to you - don't worry.  There will be a smiling face next to you to help you find your way through.  We're all in it together!

Children are welcome as a part of our worship together.  The youngest among us often learn by participating - even if it seems like they aren't "getting much" out of the service.  We love to have little voices interrupt us from time to time!  However, there is space available at our worship location for you to take a break if you need to.

Sunday worship is followed by coffee hour fellowship and, usually, some form of Bible study or conversation.
